Within the last year New York has seen a surge of lawsuits by individuals who claim they are unable to use a website because the site is not properly designed under federal and state law to be accessible to the visually (or hearing) impaired. These lawsuits have been filed against a wide range of business types and can be costly to defend. This webinar will assist staffing companies by explaining the background and extent of the problem, discussing what to expect in the event your company is sued, and how to avoid a website accessibility lawsuit.
