For over a decade, the staffing industry’s number one challenge has been finding enough quality candidates to fill job orders. With the U.S. unemployment rate below 4% and wages increasing, staffing firms now more than ever are in competition for any and all available talent. While we can’t expand the size of the labor pool, there are several strategies you can implement to make yourself a more attractive employer to candidates and employees alike. Join John Rutledge, a former staffing company owner with over three decades of employee benefits experience, for a webinar on how to address the talent shortage head on. You’ll walk away with several immediate strategies to attract and retain talent.

    During this webinar you’ll:

    • Learn what candidates and employees really want vs. what executives think they want
    • Discover how to become an employer of choice through employee benefits
    • Understand how to manage the cost and administration of benefits vs. wages
    • Learn what perks and benefits to offer a multigenerational workforce
    • Get ideas on how to leverage what you offer, as well as how and what to communicate

Data breaches occur every day. Hacking incidents are the most recognizable and expensive cause of data loss.

The cost of a data breach and the reputation damage to your business after a breach occurs can be devastating. A well-designed insurance policy will provide the protection you need, and breach management expertise to ensure the breach is managed properly and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Federal and State laws require forensic, legal and credit monitoring services are in place after a breach to protect customers from the misuse of their personal information.

The operations of staffing firms are generally not fully understood by brokers, agents and insurance companies who do not specialize in this industry. Their unfamiliarity with the unique business models leads to carriers declining or only approximating the exact coverages needed for optimum protection, ultimately increasing the cost of risk. Loveman, Kornreich & Steers, Inc. (LKS) has been a specialist in the Staffing Industry for over 25 years and was appointed the first “Industry Partner” of New York Staffing Association (NYSA) in 1992.

The idea of marketing automation for staffing and recruiting firms is becoming a focus in more and more conversations I have with industry leaders. As the digital age continues to evolve rapidly so does the sophistication of the technology and the strategy involved in the execution. Five years ago, if you had an updated website you were ahead of the game, today it is expected that your website is an extension of your sales team. Early adaptors to marketing automation are already on there way to positioning themselves ahead of the pack.

This webinar will discuss why you should use automated marketing and marketing automation keys to success.
