Catriona O'Kane, Business Development Manager Catriona is Business Development Manager for PGC. She consults with staffing agencies to understand their existing back office operations and processes and identify how implementing technology can allow for scale and growth. Catriona specializes topics such as onboarding, payroll, I-9 process and worker compensation. Born in Ireland, Catriona has worked in the UK and Europe before moving to the US, and in her free time loves to cook.
Richard L. Steer, Partner and Chair of Employment Practices Liability Insurance Practice Rich is a partner in Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s Labor and Employment Group and chair of the firm’s Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) practice. He defends and counsels employers, including staffing companies and their owners and supervisors, in employment discrimination, wage & hour and labor litigation. In addition, Rich often provides risk management training programs to clients and trade associations. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (2014-2020) and New York City Super Lawyers (2010-2019) and is an adjunct professor of law at Pace University’s law school.
