This program will discuss diversity, equity and inclusion from the perspective of our talent and stakeholders. Now more than at any time in the past current and prospective employees are voting with their feet relative to employer value propositions. In addition, clients and investors are challenging the practices and intersectionality of governance, go to market strategies, and talent inclusivity. Session attendees will engage in a collaborative dialogue on the considerations that all firms must address in order to sustain success.
