We intend to provide a high-level discussion around how to successfully navigate the currently challenged economic environment via M&A. While most companies, including companies in the staffing space, are looking inward on current operations, certain operators may be well-positioned to grow through strategic acquisitions, while others may still be able to complete a sale transaction or raise debt capital, despite an otherwise challenged market environment. We plan to provide an overview of what we are currently seeing in the M&A market today, as well as how this may directly impact the staffing industry, our expectations in the months ahead, and what strategies may be available to certain companies to achieve their objectives via strategic M&A.
