This program will discuss labor and employment legal implications of artificial intelligence for staffing agencies. Our speakers will be discussing various topics, including but not limited to: an overview of artificial intelligence (AI); what, where, when and how AI is utilized or experienced by these agencies and their employees; federal and New York State-specific labor and employment law developments passed to prevent discrimination in use of AI; other interesting legal developments; and finally, important considerations and takeaways for these agencies to ensure they are aware of their legal obligations and responsibilities, become and remain compliant with those obligations, and protect themselves in contractual relationships.
