The PPP Loan forgiveness process is far more comprehensive than the original PPP loan application process. Covered periods, FTE calculations, Wage Reductions, Safe Harbors and supporting documentation are just of few of the moving parts that need to be considered. In addition to the forgiveness application itself, there are several factors that borrowers need to be aware of with regards to audit or tax implications of their resulting forgiveness.
