As demonstrated by recent events, there is much to be done to bring about racial equity in our communities, and staffing agencies find themselves in a pivotal moment. They can become allies to diverse populations and increase diversity within the workforce. It all starts with a conversation – a conversation with ourselves, our team, and most importantly our clients. In this installment, you will learn how to uncover your unconscious biases, handle diversity conversations with your clients, and get proximate to diverse candidate pools. The voices are loud, and we are listening as a nation. Ground needs to be gained and staffing agencies can become the catalyst for change in creating inclusive and diverse workplaces and communities.
