Speakers:

Chad Gardiner, Director of Investment Banking, leads Bridgepoint’s efforts in the staffing sector. During his 23 years of prior experience, Chad was responsible for 70 M&A and capital raising transactions, successfully moving more than $8 billion in capital for investment banking firms including KPMG Corporate Finance in Chicago, Capstone Headwaters, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. Chad was instrumental in leading advisory and execution for numerous staffing deals – notably, Chad led efforts on Bridgepoint’s sale of LRS Healthcare to Jackson Healthcare and recapitalization of Atlas MedStaff. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Chad earned a B.S. in accounting, was a Golden Key National Honor Society member and is FINRA series 7, 79, 63, 24 and 28 licensed.

James Rieger is a partner at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP, New York, NY. Tannenbaum Helpern is a 45 year old general practice law firm centered on providing solutions to entrepreneurs, investors and institutions. James has over 25 years’ experience with a broad corporate and securities law practice, with a focus on the staffing and distribution industries, and represents public and private companies, hedge funds, merchant banks, private equity funds, exchange traded funds, venture capital funds, investment banks, underwriters, and private investors in many types of transactions, including public and private debt and equity offerings, credit facilities, mergers, acquisitions, fund formation, activist investments, restructurings and divestitures of assets and divisions. James is a past Chairman of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the Business Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
