We all understand the volatility of the staffing firm industry and how uncertainty is part of the challenge business owners face every day in running their business. But we want to help you be certain (and prepared!) during uncertain times. Because sometimes being prepared can make the uncertainty less painful to the success of your business. 2019 has a lot of unknowns including rising interest rates, lower unemployment than we’ve ever seen before, a predicted slow down in GDP, possible trade conflicts, increased labor wages and increased consumer spending. All in all, there are a lot of factors at play and knowing what next steps to take can make or break your future.
By listening to this webinar you’ll be able to:
- Prepare for a difficult economic situation and have the tools to ride out the storm
- Reduce unnecessary expenses
- Pay off expensive debt
- Know your debt structure
- Align with strategic partners to find the right one to help your business grow during down times
- Refinance costly debtors
- How to work your A/R so you reduce the days until you get paid
