NYSA's 2020 Law Day has been converted to a four-part webinar series. The four webinars will be held during the week of August 24th at 11:00 a.m. and participants will be able to register for all four webinars at a discount, or register separately for each webinar.

To kick-off our Virtual Law Day Webinar Series, employment attorney and NYSA General Counsel Joel Klarreich, Esq. and Legislative Chair Jim Essey from the TemPositions Group of Companies will discuss recent legislative activity at the state and local level, including the newly enacted state sick leave law which provides for 56 hours of leave annually beginning September 30. They will also discuss continuing coronavirus legal issues including the implications of the President’s new executive orders. Then attorney Jason Rimland, Esq. will join the panel to discuss what you should be doing now to maximize PPP loan forgiveness and guard against audits. We’re packing lots of information into this kick-off session.
