On the one hand, the CDC and NYS have substantially relaxed workplace COVID-19 prevention measures. On the other hand, the New York HERO Act requires the implementation of workplace safety standards to protect workers from airborne infectious diseases (such as COVID-19). Join us as the panel addresses how staffing firms should tackle vaccination questions, and reconciles the relaxed CDC and NYS guidelines with the HERO Act.
