In a world of technology, self-sourcing, automation, and recruiting bots, how is the traditional self-service staffing firm staying relevant in 2020 and beyond?

How are you adapting to the future?... How will you position yourself differently?

Having "the right people, at the right time for the right price" does not work anymore.

Be prepared to learn:

  • What end clients are looking for from their staffing partners
  • How to become relevant and responsive in this new market
  • Innovative sales and marketing techniques to help you stand out and capture market share
  • Face-to-face opportunities with Enterprise Clients and MSP Channel Partners

Speaker: Jeannine Parise, CEO & Founder, VMS Accelerators (VMSA)

Jeannine Parise has been all consumed by talent acquisition, staffing and consulting since the mid-90's.  As a result, she is unabashedly passionate about squashing mediocrity in the contingent labor industry.  Through speaking, leading and facilitating the networking and learning of the Buyers and Suppliers, Jeannine strives to innovate and improve not only the businesses she touches but also the peoples’ lives within.

VMS Accelerators (VMSA) is Jeannine’s second venture in the global talent ecosystem. Through VMSA, Jeannine leads the movement to capture and distribute thought leadership and increase the collaboration between Buyers and Suppliers through Conferences, Summits and Enterprise-hosted Meetups.

Prior to starting VMSA in 2009, Jeannine was the founder and sole owner of Foundation Systems, a national technical and professional staffing firm with a wholly-owned recruitment center in Bangalore, India. Jeannine managed to grow her one office operation to a global and profitable human capital solutions firm specializing in high volume staffing through MSP/VMS programs. Foundation was recognized on the Inc 500 in 2008 and was sold to a multi-national staffing firm in 2009.
