The idea of marketing automation for staffing and recruiting firms is becoming a focus in more and more conversations I have with industry leaders. As the digital age continues to evolve rapidly so does the sophistication of the technology and the strategy involved in the execution. Five years ago, if you had an updated website you were ahead of the game, today it is expected that your website is an extension of your sales team. Early adaptors to marketing automation are already on there way to positioning themselves ahead of the pack.

This webinar will discuss why you should use automated marketing and marketing automation keys to success.

Speaker:  Jared Hummel, Chief Operating Officer, PARQA

Jared is an experienced executive with a proven history of helping start-up organizations provide value to the clients that they serve. As the COO of Parqa, Jared gets to fulfill his greatest passion of identifying talent and creating an environment that develops leaders to support our valued partners. Jared also loves talking with business leaders to understand their journey and how we can help them achieve their long-term goals. Prior to Parqa, Jared had the opportunity to work at the executive level in complex manufacturing and service-driven environments which allowed him to build a very broad skill set in the operations of privately-owned businesses.
